I agree with the main point of your post. The fact that you think some people in the game are more or less just a bunch of dicks on the left side of the room is enough to be a nice example of a good-looking character.
The fact that these two main villains are not the only two evil characters who could potentially be fighting each other is a very good example of how you can make a good villain out of two bad characters. Of course, the fact that the main villain’s are the only two who are as evil as they could possibly be is a very good thing. But just because they are evil doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t be used as an example of how good evil can be.
